Naked By - Stunning French Artistic Nudes and Sexual Experimentation

I love sites that let you look at everything they have to offer -- at least a sample -- without having to sign up. Naked By, the French-based magazine/erotica website, does just that. The site has a clean and elegant layout on the tour and a lot of pics to investigate. The girls are mostly 9s and 10s, very French in most cases, with soft long bodies, natural perky breasts and a unique attitude on camera. With a mix of other extras like behind the scenes footage, and a "be curious" section with fetish explorations this glamour site promises to offer something different. The Site

I can see why Naked By calls itself an Online Erotic Magazine, or at least thinks of itself as one. The layout is reminiscent of such publications. Across the top is a list of sections of the site, like a newspaper. They have a big window with rotating pics showcasing recent additions. Below that is a table full of many thumbnail previews for the many updates that have been made in the last little while.

The section "Sex and Beauty" is the main area for pics and movies (you can choose to display just one or the other or both). Here you browse more thumbnails over many pages of thumbnails. Click on them to load the gallery and view the images in the size you wish (S M L).

In Magazine they have what I would call "features". These are long videos (mostly in HD) that take us to parties, follow a stripper at her first live expo show, or behind the scenes at fetish gatherings. Some of the features were articles or interviews, too.

The other sections include videos of the girls posing for the galleries (BTS), unique fetish galleries and videos (Be Curious), site and industry news, an index of all the girls on the site, and then contact and help sections.

The Content

If you've looked at a lot of contemporary French photography in portraits and non-adult themed styles, you'll recognize the same sort of style. I can't exactly put my finger on it. Partially, it often involves lots of very white and natural light. It involves settings that have textures and are interesting on their own, though the slim natural bodies of the naked models definitely steal your attention. The girls, too, look decidedly French. If you like arty girls, with dark makeup, pale skin, and slim natural bodies, you should have many new girls to fall in love with here.

There were a total 277 scenes online so far. The videos average 10 minutes long and can be streamed online instantly. They play in large Flash videos embedded right into the browser window. You can also download movies in QuickTime, DivX, MP4 and Windows Media files. The MP4 and WMV files come in 720p high definition videos.

I counted 647 picture galleries full of very large (3000x2000 pixel) photographs that are high resolution and look amazing. You can browse through the sets online (of around 50 pics) or download galleries in zip files they provide.

Final Thoughts

I really enjoyed the unique edge and quality of NakedBy. They are erotica, they are glamour, but they have their own style and artistic sensibility that sets them apart for many other sites in the niche. I think those with interest in photography as art will be the most enthused, but really any erotica or glamour surfer out there should have a closer look at what NakedBy.com has to offer.
